The Bangsamoro Economic Zone Authority (BEZA) of the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao through its Executive Director, Atty. Sukarno Abas, delivered an enlightening presentation yesterday at the Mall of Alnor in Cotabato City during the visit of the BIMP-EAGA Business Council Brunei Darussalam (BEBC) led by their Country Director Haji Alimen Bin Haji Ja’afar. This was after their courtesy visit to the Office of the Hon. Chief Minister Ahod Balawag Ebrahim. ED Atty. Abas provided a comprehensive overview of BEZA, elaborating on its purpose, operations, and future prospects. Additionally, he introduced Polloc Freeport and Ecozone (PFEZ), emphasizing their role in driving economic growth, attracting investments, and fostering regional integration. The visit of the BEBC delegation marks a promising step forward in strengthening economic cooperation between Brunei Darussalam and the Bangsamoro region, highlighting the prospects for future partnerships and economic growth.
