The representatives from the Bangsamoro Economic Zone Authority, headed by Executive Director Atty. Sukarno A. Abas, along with BEZA Atty. IV Maria Mikkoh R. Ortuoste-Samba and Consultant Datu Abdelwin A. Sangkula are participating in the Senate Committee on Ways and Means Public Hearing upon the invitation of Senator Win Gatchalian, the Chairman of the said committee at Pasay City. 

 

The primary aim of this senate hearing is to strengthen the Corporate Recovery and Tax Incentives for Enterprises Act (CREATE) and provide clarity on its provisions to enhance the investment environment in the Philippines.
