The Bangsamoro Economic Zone Authority (BEZA) successfully conducted its 4th Quarter Board of Directors (BOD) Meeting
 
The meeting was presided by the Chairperson Hon. Abuamri A. Taddik, Minister of the Ministry of Trade Investment and Tourism (MTIT). Members and alternate representative of the members also attended the meeting, Atty. Sukarno A. Abas, Vice-Chairperson of BEZA BOD, Deputy Minister of MTIT, and OIC-Executive Director of BEZA; Deputy Minister Tommy J. Nawa from the Ministry of Labor and Employment (MOLE), Bangsamoro Director General Pendatun S. Patarasa of the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries, and Agrarian Reform (MAFAR), Director Melanie M. Indar of the Bangsamoro Planning and Development Authority (BPDA), Atty. Siitie Nadia Karim of the Ministry of Public Works (MPW), Atty. Sandy B. Sendad of the Ministry of Finance, Budget, and Management (MFBM), Deputy Administrator Mohammad B. Abdullah, Chief Administrative Officer Simeon P. Binsuan, and Myrah Salik of Polloc Freeport and Ecozone (PFEZ), CPT. Aljun B. Salinas of the Philippines Marine Corps Office; and personnel and staff of BEZA.
 
The BEZA BOD adopted a total of eight (😎 proposed resolutions, including the approval of the application of NAXX Enterprise as Ecozone enterprise in PFEZ, Memorandum of Agreement with Philippine Marine Corps and Philippines Coast Guard on the use of space/building within the premise of PFEZ, deliberation of BEZA applicants, and PFEZ update on its accomplishments.
 
Moreover, the BEZA BOD was also updated on the development of the crafting of the BEZA Bill, and applications of Ecozone Developer and Ecozone Enterprises in BARMM.
