Atty. Sukarno A. Abas, Executive Director of the Bangsamoro Economic Zone Authority (BEZA), led the review of the MMA Act 154 and Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of then Regional Economic Zone Authority (REZA) in preparation for the proposed BEZA Law. The activity was held in the BEZA conference room at the Mall of Alnor in Cotabato City.
