In partnership with the Bureau of Labor Relations and Standards (BLRS-MOLE) and Bangsamoro Tripartite Wages and Productivity Board (BTWPB-MOLE) of the Ministry of Labor and Employment-BARMM (MOLE-BARRM), the Bangsamoro Economic Zone Authority (BEZA) held a “Labor Relations, Human Relations, and Productivity Seminar” at Polloc Freeport and Ecozone (PFEZ), Brgy. Polloc, Parang, Maguindanao Del Norte. The activity was led by the Deputy Minister of MTIT-BARMM, and OIC-Executive Director of BEZA, Atty. Sukarno A. Abas.

The Labor Relations, Human Relations, and Productivity (LHP) Seminar aims to shift people’s perspectives on relationships at work from legalistic and adversarial to humanistic in order to increase productivity and competitiveness.

The said activity was participated in by PFEZ personnel, headed by Chief Semion P. Binsuan, and MOLE-BARMM resource speakers, Ms. Jennifer S. Nur, Sr. LEO, Ms. Norhaydee A. Dalamban, LEO II, and Mr. Norhan M. Kuga, LEO I.
